  • 1 Handstand Push-Up
  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Chair Dip
  • 2 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 2 Burpees
  • 2 Chair Dips
  • Continue with this pattern, adding 1 rep to each movement every round.

On an 18-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. Athlete will start with 1 Handstand Push-Up, 1 Burpee, and 1 Chair Dip for the first round. Continue adding 1 rep to each movement every round until the 18-minute clock stops.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed.
