- AMRAP in 18 minutes
- 1 Handstand Push-Up
- 1 Burpee
- 1 Chair Dip
- 2 Handstand Push-Ups
- 2 Burpees
- 2 Chair Dips
- Continue with this pattern, adding 1 rep to each movement every round.
On an 18-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. Athlete will start with 1 Handstand Push-Up, 1 Burpee, and 1 Chair Dip for the first round. Continue adding 1 rep to each movement every round until the 18-minute clock stops.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed.
