- 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Thrusters and 21 Table Rows, 15 Thrusters and 15 Table Rows, and 9 Thrusters and 9 Table Rows. Rest 1 minute. Then proceed to 50 Sit-Ups and 50 Double-Unders, down to 40 reps, 30 reps, 20 reps, and 10 reps.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Double-Unders is completed.
Table Row: This is a variation of the standard Ring Row wherein instead of using the Gymnastic Rings, athlete will hold on the the edge of the table to perform a Row.
