- EMOM For As Long As Possible
- Minute 1: 1 Thruster + 1 Front Squat
- Minute 2: 2 Thrusters + 2 Front Squats
- Minute 3: 3 Thrusters + 3 Front Squats
- Continue with this pattern, adding 1 rep to each movement every round.
With a running clock, perform the prescribed work every minute on the minute for as long as possible. Athlete will start at 1 Thruster and 1 Front Squat. In the succeeding minutes, athlete will add one rep to each movement until they fail to complete the prescribed work in the 1-minute window. Use whatever equipment you have available.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed.
