- 5 minute Box Step-Ups (24/20 in)
- 4 minute Double-Unders
- 3 minute Sit-Ups
- 2 minute Mountain Climbers
- 1 minute Hand Release Push-Ups
- Rest 1 minute
On a 31-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed movements in the order written for 2 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Scores are the reps completed in each round.
