- 1 Burpee
- 2 Ground-to-Overheads (pick load & object)
- 3 Sit-Ups
- 4 Box Step-Ups (24/20 in)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 100 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Box Step-Ups is completed.
