With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Split the reps in any way.

Score is the time on the clock when all the 1,000 reps are completed.

Movement Standards

Shoulder Tap: From the Plank Hold position, athlete must touch the left shoulder with the right hand and the right shoulder with the left hand. Every tap is one rep.
