  • 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift
  • 1 Hang Power Snatch
  • 1 Overhead Squat
  • 1 Behind the Neck Push Jerk
  • 1 Overhead Squat
  • Perform the barbell complex without putting barbell down.
  • Time Cap: 10 minutes

The loaded barbell is deadlifted in a snatch grip from the ground up to full extension. The bar is then brought to the hang position and power snatched. Once you’ve stood up with the bar, perform an OHS, squatting below parallel. Back rack the bar, and perform a behind the neck push/split jerk. Lastly, perform another OHS, squatting to below parallel. Bar can be dropped from the top. Add weight and repeat until failure.

Score is the max load successfully completed in the 10 minute window.


As there are no Rx weight recommendations, scaling should be exercised with a weight that allows for good mobility in the overhead squat.
