Movements may be done in any order. All reps for each movement must be completed before proceeding to the next movement. For the box jumps, box step-ups are allowed but not required.

Background: "Lindsay" is a Memorial WOD to honor the death Lindsay Weems. Lindsay was just beginning her CrossFit journey, and had recently joined CrossFit Cabra @crossfitcabra (Southlake, TX, USA), when she was tragically killed by a drunk driver on May 1, 2017; just one week after she began classes.

24 reps of 24 movements, because Lindsay was only 24 years old.

The workout was created by coach Lauren Rantala (@lauren.rantala) of CrossFit Cabra. We first found the WOD posted to Lauren's Instagram, where she said: "It is extremely difficult to put this into words that are meaningful and do Lindsay justice. Lindsay was my first person to sign up for the New You Challenge. She worked out with us for one week, then was tragically killed by a drunk driver. We didn't know Lindsay long but we all felt compelled to do something in her memory."
