"I <3 Murph & Hold Onto Love," 2021 Love is Love Virtual Competition WOD #2
- For Time
- 100 Prone Snow Angels
- 200 Push-Ups
- 300 Air Squats
- Directly into:
- Max Effort Elbow Plank Hold
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete 100 Probe Snow Angels, 200 Push-Ups, and 300 Russian Swings. Directly after the 600 reps, athlete will perform max effort Elbow Plank Hold.
There will be two scores for this event. Score A is the total time it takes to complete the 600 reps. Score B is the total time athlete was able to hold the Elbow Plank.
Prone Snow Angel: Lay down with forehead resting on the ground. Begin with arms by your side and palms facing the ceiling. Lift both arms towards the ceiling as high as you can, while keeping your elbows straight. Bring both arms towards the head and ceiling, then go back to the starting position. This counts as one rep.

Background: “I <3 Murph & Hold Onto Love” (a.k.a.: “LIL 21.2”) is the 2nd of the 3 total WODS for the 2021 Love is Love Virtual Competition hosted by The OUT Foundation @theoutfdn of OUT Athletics @out.athletics. The competition started on February 4, 2021, to jumpstart the love month.
Their mission is to bring together LGBTQ+ athletes and allies to sweat for a cause in a safe, inclusive fitness environment and fundraise for the foundation.
