The back knee must make contact with the ground for each rep and stand up complete for each rep, extending the hip fully at the top before lunging down again. You may walk or remain in place.

Strategy: Don't stop. Yeah, we both know this is going to burn and challenge your mental strength, but screw it, you can always do 1 more step. You can always do another. Try to go unbroken. If you fear you can't, slow it down.

Background: Did this once in a hotel room and regretted it the rest of the vacation. It was glorious though. Totally worth it.
