  • AMRAP in 20 minutes
  • From 0:00-4:00, AMRAP of:
  • 27 calorie Row
  • 27 Burpees
  • 27 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • Rest 4 minutes
  • From 8:00-12:00, AMRAP of:
  • 21 calorie Row
  • 21 Burpees
  • 21 Toes-to-Bars
  • Rest 4 minutes
  • From 16:00-20:00, AMRAP of:
  • 15 calorie Row
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Pull-Ups

On a 20-minute clock, athlete must accomplish three AMRAPs with 4 minutes rest in between. In the first set, athlete must do as many rounds and repetitions as possible of a 27 calorie Row, 27 Burpees, and 27 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups. Rest 4 minutes before moving on to the second AMRAP of a 21 calorie Row, 21 Burpees, and 21 Toes-to-Bars. Athlete will rest for another 4 minutes. To complete the workout, perform the last AMRAP of a 15 calorie Row, 15 Burpees, and 15 Pull-Ups.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 20-minute clock stops.
