Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Laetitia Scheepers who lost her life in a canoeing accident during a trip on the Elands River in South Africa, on February 14, 2009.

Laetitia loved mountain biking. She loved to run and had a passion for canoeing on the rivers and climbing mountains. Cycling in the bush past the rhinos, her adventurous spirit showed no fear, and even when she found lion tracks on her bush runs, there was no turning back.

This workout was designed in Laetitia’s memory by CrossFit Nelspruit @crossfitnelspruit (Nelspruit, South Africa).
