Intended Stimulus: The stimulus of this workout if performed with the correct intent should be Anaerobic Lactate Endurance. In this workout, muscles in your legs mostly the quads will receive the most amount of hard work and will most likely accumulate lactic acid. Through this workout, you will be able to evaluate the tolerance of your body to the presence of lactic acid.
