Street Parking Vault WOD
- For Time
- 100 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- Get as many reps as you can in 1 minute of max effort. Then, rest for 1 minute. Keep going until you complete a total of 100 reps.
- Time Cap: 20 minutes
With a running clock, complete the 100 Burpee Box Jump Overs as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will work for max effort in one minute and rest for 1 minute. Repeat this pattern until all the 100 reps are completed.
Score is the time on the clock when all the 100 reps are completed.

About the wod
Background: “Kronos” is one of the 25 workouts from the Street Parking @streetpartking Vault series. These workouts were designed with 25 of Street Parking’s all-time favorite workouts, to be done over the course of 25 weeks, completing 1 each week.
The Street Parking Vault series was created to give their members the opportunity to practice one of their core values: consistency. By participating in the weekly Vault workout, members had the chance to earn a prize at the end of 25 of the weeks, earned by completing all of the workouts within each of their respective weeks.
This IS NOT a competition against other Street Parking Members. Members can do any version of the workout (Dumbbell, Barbell, Sandbag, or our beginner/modified version “SHIFT”) and scores DO NOT MATTER. We encourage members to modify where needed and make it work for their current fitness level and available equipment. There’s no ‘wait to do this until you’re a certain fitness level’ with ANY of the Street Parking workouts, and the same is true of the Vault. There is a version for everyone. – Street Parking
