- Continue with this pattern, adding 4 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 2 Burpees, and 4 Cossack Squats each round.

On a 10-minute clock, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must accomplish 4 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 2 Burpees and 4 Cossack Squats for the first round. Continue adding 4 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 2 Burpees, and 4 Cossack Squats after each round.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 10-minute clock stops.
