This Firefighter Hero WOD is dedicated to Joseph Angelini Sr. who was 63 years old at the time of his death with almost 40 years on the job. He was working on Rescue Freakin 1. He died from the attack in the World Trade Center last 2001 together with his son, Joseph Angelini, Jr..

"This was a mountain of a man. A man's man. A firefighter is a firefighter. Therefore, it is only appropriate that an honor WOD that had old school movements along with some heavy ass weight. This workout will suck, it will crush you, bring you to tears. Firefighter Angelini would have it no other way."
