Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Mr. José Luis Chavez Sr., who dedicated long years of his life to the service of the Peruvian Navy and passed away on May 29, 2020, from fighting COVID-19.

The workout was designed by Coach José Luis Chavez Jr. (his son) @jolumachave of Exousia Fitness @exousia.iqt (Iquitos, Peru).
