- AMRAP in 15 minutes
- 21 Unbroken Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lb, 10/9 ft)
- 15 Toes-to-Bars
- 9 Burpee Pull-Ups
- Rest 1 minute
On a 15-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
Tips and Strategy
Substitute 11/10 ft targets if you don’t have heavier Wall Ball Shots. Break the Toes-to-Bar into 2-3 manageable sets. Sprint the Burpee Pull-Ups before the 1-minute rest period. Strive for large sets on the Wall Ball Shots even if you can’t achieve an unbroken set.
