Coach Creation WOD
- For Time
- 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
- Air Squats
- Hand Release Push-Ups
- 10 meter Shuttle Sprint
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 20 Burpees, 20 Air Squats, 20 Hand Release Push-Ups, and 20 x 10 meter Shuttle Sprint. Each 10 meter Sprint is 1 rep. Continue with the same pattern, decreasing 2 reps to each movement after every round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of 10 meter Shuttle Sprint is completed.
