Background: The International Online Qualifier workouts #5 & #6 - a triplet and one rep max clean-and-jerk - were the fifth and sixth workouts announced for the 2019 International Online Qualifier.

The CrossFit Filthy 150, Wodapalooza, and the CrossFit Atlas Games announced the creation of the International Online Qualifier to serve as a single online qualifier where athletes compete to earn entry to all three events. The top athletes of the online qualifiers compete at the three events to then earn a spot at the CrossFit Games.
