“IBI Qualifier 21.1”
"Rossfit," 2021 Invictus Boston Invitational Qualifier WOD #1
- With a Running Clock in 15 minutes
- 100 Double-Unders
- 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
- 40 Toes-to-Bars
- 30 calorie Assault Bike
- In the remaining time, establish:
- 3 rep max Front Squats
On a 15-minute clock, complete the 100 Double-Unders, 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 40 Toes-to-Bars, and 30 calorie Assault Bike. Then in the remaining time, establish a heavy load for 3 Front Squats.
There will be two scores for this event. Score A is the time on the clock when the first part of the workout is completed. Score B is the heaviest load successfully lifted in the remaining time.
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch: Both heads of the Dumbbell must touch the ground. After the athlete is fully extended with hips, knees, elbows and shoulders fully locked out. The athlete can not switch hands with the Dumbbell until one head of the dumbbell has hit eye level.
Toes-to-Bar: Both feet must hit the bar simultaneously.
Assault Bike: The Assault Bike must be at 0 calorie and the athlete can not get off the bike until the athlete has hit 30.0 calories.
Front Squat: The Bar can be preloaded and volunteers can help the athlete put weight on the Bar. The Front Squat will be taken from a squat rack. Once the bar is racked the athlete must get 3 squats in a row with hip crease below parallel to be considered a valid score.

50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35/20 lb)
40 Hanging Knee Raises
30 calorie Assault Bike
In the remaining time, establish:
3 rep max Front Squats

Background: “Rossfit” (IBI Qualifier 21.1) is one of the qualifying events for the 2021 Invictus Boston Invitational Online Qualifier competition.
The competition is powered by the Freedon Family Future LLC as an event based on inclusion for all in the gym setting. The top 10 male and top 10 female Rx athletes will be invited for the Invictus Boston Invitational on June 19, 2021.
