CrossFit Play Tribute WOD
- For Time
- 1,600 meter Run
- Then, 5 Rounds of:
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
- 10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lb)
- 10 Single-Arm Alternating Dumbbell Devil Presses (50/35 lb)
- Finally, perform:
- 400 meter Weighted Run (50/35 lb)
About the wod
Background: This tribute workout was designed by CrossFit Games athlete Khan Porter @iamkhanporter for an event his gym, CrossFit Play @crossfitplay (Camperdown, Australia), to raise money for those affected by and fighting massive bush fires in Australia.
The workout was first performed at CrossFit Play on Sunday January 19, 2020.
