Coach Creation WOD
- For Time
- 300 Kettlebell Swings (30/20 kg)
- Every minute on the minute, perform:
- 5 Burpees
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the 300 Kettlebell Swings. At the top of each minute, take a break from the Kettlebell Swings and perform 5 Burpees, then resume the Kettlebell Swings.
Score is the time on the clock when the last rep of the kettlebell swings is completed.
