  • 300 Kettlebell Swings (30/20 kg)
  • Every minute on the minute, perform:
  • 5 Burpees

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the 300 Kettlebell Swings. At the top of each minute, take a break from the Kettlebell Swings and perform 5 Burpees, then resume the Kettlebell Swings.

Score is the time on the clock when the last rep of the kettlebell swings is completed.

Background: This is a variation of the workout “Death Swing.” Burpees are kept at 5 repetitions every minute on the minute starting at 01:00. Kettlebell weight is increased to 30/20kg or as heavy as you feel you can go. This is serious grunt work, those forearms will be pumped, grip tested to the max. Just keep breathing and swinging until it is all over.
