The goal of the workout is to move at a high intensity, loading should be chosen that you can go unbroken on with the kettlebell swing and thruster, and a distance that you can push the run pace.

This workout was created as a tester for an individual that needed some before and after measurements while going through a nturtion challenge. After we put it together, it turned out to be even better than we expected and a great tester for many and there improvements of their fitness and mental fortitude. The goal was to pick a distance, and rep ranges in movements that you should be able to keep moving with high intensities and go unbroken with the loading and on the movements.
