  • Buy-In: 44 meter Handstand Walk
  • Then, 31 Rounds of:
  • 3 Burpees
  • 4 Alternating Pistols
  • 6 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • Buy-Out: 4 Ring Muscle-Ups

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete will start with the buy-in of 44 meter Handstand Walk. Then, complete 31 rounds of 3 Burpees, 4 Alternating Pistols, and 6 Wall Ball Shots. To complete the workout, accomplish the buy-out of 4 Rings Muscle-Ups.

Score is the time on the clock when the buy-out is completed.

Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Hannah Clarke Baxter and her children (Laianah, four, Aaliyah, six, and Trey, three) who were killed in a horrific car fire on February 19, 2020.

Tragically, the fire was started by Hannah’s estranged husband in an unconscionable act of domestic violence.

The workout was designed by Hannah’s dear friend, Dave Kramer @_davekramer.

“Hannah was a strong woman, and she was incredibly passionate about helping transform today’s youth into tomorrow’s stars, not just through fitness, but by being incredibly kind and caring to every little soul who walked into her gym. Hannah would want this workout to inspire women to be strong, and for kids to believe that their capabilities are limitless. Handstand Walks and Lunges were Hannah’s favorite exercises in workouts. She fought hard for her Muscle-Ups, as she did for her children.”
