- 37 minute AMRAP
- hang power snatch
- toes to bar
- hang clean & jerk
- push ups
Here's how this works:
First round, you'll do 9 reps of each movement.
Second round, 3 reps of each movement.
Third round, 8 reps of each movement.
Fourth round, 3 reps of each movement.
You will continue this pattern until the 37 minute AMRAP is over.
