The last day of 2020, thank God! We are celebrating/kicking out the year with a BANG! It's called GTFO (GET THE EFF OUT) 2020! It'll be 20 reps of 20 different movements with 20 Double Unders after each movement.

Please choose your weights carefully, because if you go too heavy, this workout will take you into the New Year… and we don't want that! So I'd suggest picking a weight you can do unbroken if you are completely fresh. Which means 2-4 sets in the workout when you're tired. And if you are not the best at Double Unders, scale to 10 or 40 Singles.
