Background: This “Gaucho” benchmark WOD was submitted to us by coach Luis Billaud of Tulaka Fitness Club @tulukapilar (Argentina) on November 8, 2017.
From Luis: The idea of this WOD was “born by a challenge of two brothers, one of whom does his work in the field (a country man in Argentina, called Gaucho). Hence, they created this workout to display a variety of exercises which include technique, strength, and endurance.”
