- Bar Muscle-Ups
Perform 3 thrusters, then 3 bar muscles ups. Then 5 thrusters, 5 bar muscle-ups. Continue adding 2 reps per round until 11 of each are completed.
Scale the load on thrusters to something you can do 10 reps unbroken if you’re fresh. Bar muscle-ups will scale to chest-to-bar pull-up -> chin over bar pull-ups -> jumping pull-ups.
