- 1 minute Max Sit-Ups
- 1 minute Max Dumbbell Sumo Deadlifts (2x50/35 lb)
- 1 minute Max Tuck Jumps
- 1 minute Rest
- Repeat 3x
On a 14-minute clock, complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) for 3 rounds of the prescribed work with 1 minute rest between rounds.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 14-minute clock stops.
