  • 7 Rounds for Total Reps
  • 1 minute Dumbbell Power Cleans (2x50/35 lb)
  • 30 second Rest
  • 1 minute Double-Unders
  • 30 second Rest

On a 21-minute clock, complete as many repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work for 7 rounds. 

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 21-minute clock stops.

Scaling Options

Athlete can decrease the weights of the Dumbbells and substitute any cardio of choice for the Double-Unders.
