  • Rest 90 seconds

On a 16:30 clock, complete as many repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Rest 90 seconds after every round.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 16:30 clock stops.
