  • 15/15 Split Squats
  • 5 Devil Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • From 12:00-22:00, AMRAP of:
  • 35 Double-Unders
  • 15/15 Split Squats
  • 5 Devil Presses (2x50/35 lb)

On a 20-minute clock, complete two 10-minute AMRAPs of 35 Double-Unders, 15 Split Squats on each leg, and 5 Devil Presses with a 2-minute break after the first 10 minutes.

Score is the total number of rounds completed before the 22-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Split Squat: From a split position with one foot forward and one foot backward, perform 15 Air Squats before switching legs.
