“FTD 12.1 Qualifier”
2012 French Throwdown Qualifier WOD #1
- AMRAP in 7 minutes
- 7 Pull-Ups
- 7 Toes-to-Bars
- 7 Push-Ups
- 7 Air Squats
The WOD starts in a standing position. Each repetition counts for the final score.
Pull ups: the arms must be stretched down the movement, the chin must pass the bar in the up position.
Toes to bar: the feet must pass the vertical axis formed by the bar in the low position, the arms must be stretched in the low position. The toes must touch the bar at the same time between the hands in the up position.
Push ups: The bust should touch the ground in a low position, hips and shoulders should leave the ground at the same time. The arms must be stretched in the high position.
Air Squats: In the low position, the hips should pass under the top of the knees, in the high position, the hips and knees should be in full extension.
In 2018 the French Throwdown became one of the official CrossFit Games sanctioned events, meaning winners get a ticket to compete in the next CrossFit Games.
