- 25 calorie Row
- 5 Rope Climbs
- 25 GHD Sit-Ups
- 100 foot Handstand Walk with Double Obstacle
- Rest same time it takes to finish the previous round.
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 4 rounds. Rest the same time it takes to complete the previous round before moving on to the next round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Handstand Walk is completed.
