He said, “I was browsing around looking for a tough Friday the 13th WOD and didn’t come across one that I wanted to bring to my box. So instead I created one that I felt was representative of a Friday the 13th in the year 2020. This workout is intended to be a grinder. I would look at it as an E3MOM and if you can do better than that more power to you. I can say this, if you do not scale properly it will kick your ass.”
