Background: On Saturday, September 6, 2008, several athletes got together for a workout during lunchtime at the CrossFit Level 1 certification seminar at CrossFit One World @crossfitoneworld in Union City, CA: Jason Khalipa @jasonkhalipa (2008 CrossFit Games champ), Pat Barber @patbarbercf (4th place 2008 CrossFit Games), Kallista Pappas (youngest competitor in the open division at age 14), Adrian Bozman @apbozman (who later became head judge of the CrossFit Games), and of course, Freddy Camacho @freddycamacho65 (owner of Good For You CrossFit @goodforyoucrossfit) competed in this modified Games workout. The workout was dubbed "Freddy’s Revenge" because it was designed to favor Freddy’s strengths. In a video posted to CrossFit's YouTube channel the athletes finished with times between 5:43 (Khalipa) and 11:23 (Freddy).
