About the wod
Intended Stimulus: Two complementary movements that challenge the midline. This WOD can be used as a prep for a heavy deadlift day or for an upper-body push lower body pull WOD like Linda.
Strategy: The slower nature of the hand release push-ups allow you to get some active recovery. Make sure to warm up the lower back due to the potential for a lot of deadlifts.
