About the wod
Intended Stimulus: Two movements that complement each other well and target the midline. For intermediate to advanced athletes, this can serve as a warm-up cool down or hotel workout. It’s a good learning tool for beginners with the moderate to relatively high squat reps. The abmat situps will serve most beginners well by helping promote midline stabilization.
Strategy: Use this WOD as a warm-up. Walk into the gym cold, go nice and slow through each of the movements for 5 minutes. Use it as a cool down after a squat/Weightlifting day.
