“Fight Gone Go F*ck Yourself”

  • 3 Rounds for Total Reps in 17 minutes
  • 1 minute Max Back Squats (225/155 lb)
  • 1minute Max Dumbbell Bent Over Rows (2x50/35 lb)
  • 1 minute Max Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 1 minute Dumbbell Push Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • 1 minute Russian Kettlebell Swings (2/1 pood)
  • 1 minute Rest

Spend one minute at each of five stations and complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed movement, resulting in a five-minute round after which a 1-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not stop or reset between exercises. On call of “rotate”, the athlete must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep completed.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 17-minute clock stops.
