- 10 Burpees*
- **With the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- 3 Toes-to-Bars
- 3 Deadlifts (115/75 lb)
- *Perform burpees as the penalty every time you drop the barbell.
- **Add 3 reps to each movement after every round.
