- EMOM For As Long As Possible
- 10 meter Sprint
- Add 10 meters every round.
At the top of the first minute, Sprint 10 meters, then rest the remainder of the minute. At the top of the second minute, Sprint 10 meters twice, then rest the remainder of the minute. Continue adding another 10 meter Sprint at the top of each minute until you can no longer make your Sprints within the minute.
Score is the total number of rounds completed.
About the wod
Background: “FG Qualifier 13.3” was the last of 3 WODs for the 2013 Festivus Games. Festivus Games was designed so it wouldn’t be necessary to scale the events. No athlete, whether six months in or brand new, will need to scale any of the events. The competition is about capacity more than a high degree of skill.
