  • Then, 4 Rounds each of:
  • 10 yard Medicine Ball Run (20/14 lb)
  • 10 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb, 10/9 ft)
  • 10 yard Medicine Ball Run (20/14 lb)
  • From 6:00-10:00, perform:
  • Max Rep Power Snatches (95/65 lb)

Each athlete performs 10 sit-ups passing the medicine ball to the partner each rep.
