2019 ELFIT Throwdown Bahrain Sanctional WOD #7
- For Time
- 9-7-5-3 reps of:
- Bar Muscle-Ups
- Dumbbell Thrusters (2x50/35 lb)
- Then, perform:
- 60 foot Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (2x50/35 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must accomplish 9 Bar Muscle-Ups and 9 Dumbbell Thrusters before moving on to 7 repetitions of each movement. After accomplishing the set of 3, athlete must perform the 60 foot Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges.
Score is the time on the clock when the dumbbell front rack lunges is completed.
