About the workout: This is a tribute WOD, the numbers 5, 22 & 8 are in order from the first alphabetical initials of Eddie Van Halen. He died at the age of 65. His music must be played throughout the whole workout.

Workout instructions : Classic burpee movement. For the C & J, plates much touch the ground before each rep. A power or squat clean can be performed. For the jerk, a split, power & push jerk can be used. Finish the round with double-unders.

8 Clean & Jerks 95/75/55 lb
65 Single Jump Rope (these reps remain at 65 )
