  • Front Squat
  • Jerk
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Then, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
  • Unbroken Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 10 meter Handstand Walk (before each set)

Score for Event 2 is total max weight for three lifts.
