  • 5 Rounds of:
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • Then, 5 Rounds of:
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 10 Burpees
  • Finally, 5 Rounds of:
  • 20 Double-Unders
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Burpee Box Jumps is completed.

Today’s the day! We’re excited to announce that we’re going to pump up the fun in your fitness training!

Our hope is that this will bring our community together and have more fun with your fitness during a potentially confusing time.

Each MONTH Big Dawgs Coaches will create a unique and fun workout. The workout will be open for everyone (Big Dawgs client or not) to complete, submit a score, chat with the broader community and have a lot of fun!

How it works:
Once a month, we will announce a workout on Thursday. You will have until Monday to complete the workout and submit your score.

You will submit your score via a Google Form (here).

We will compile all the score submissions and share the final results with you Tuesday!"
