  • AMRAP in 20 minutes
  • 2 calorie Row
  • 2 Right-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (24/16 kg)
  • 2 Left-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (24/16 kg)
  • 2 Burpees
  • 4 calorie Row
  • 4 Right-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (24/16 kg)
  • 4 Left-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (24/16 kg)
  • 4 Burpees
  • Continue with this pattern, adding 2 reps to each movement every round.

On a 20-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 20-minute clock.

Tips and Strategy

This workout gets very tough very fast, try and find a rhythm and stick to it, break the Snatches up if needed but try and keep moving and breathing through this.
