- 21-15-9 Dumbbell Cleans (2x50/35 lb)
- 50 Double-Unders
With a running clock, as fast as possible (“For Time“) complete 21 Dumbbell Cleans and 50 Double-Unders, then 15 Dumbbell Cleans and 50 Double-Unders, and finally 9 Dumbbell Cleans and 50 Double-Unders.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Double-Unders is completed.
