“Don't Miss Your Shuttle!”

Coach Creation WOD

  • 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.
  • Clean and Jerk 135#/85#
  • Burpee + 10ft shuttle run
  • Toes to Bar

This is a 15 minute AMRAP with ascending reps! The reps increase by 3 each time. For the burpee shuttle run, instead of a jump at the end of the burpee, you will run 10 feet. Ex. 1 burpee + 10ft run = 1 rep.
